I have pale skin (Like Anne Hathaway pale), green eyes, and chestnut brown hair. I want to try some new makeup but have no idea what would look good. I have a young face and it sometimes looks weird if i'm wearing too much.
Pale skin makeup ideas!?
green eyes and pale skin: light shades of brown, which will bring out and define your eyes.
soft, almost nuetral blush on your cheek bones can define your face a bit more, and a soft lip color can add a flirty touch.
For a more dramatic look: eyeliner on the edge of the bottom lid in brown or black and mascara.
For a fun look, try different colors of eyeliner or deeper shades of lip color and eyeshadow, but not enough to look like tim curry from rocky horror picture show %26gt;.%26lt;
i.e. natural is good, no going overboard.
Reply:i'm the same but red hair and I say less is better. try some lotion with tint for some change. you dont need much. less is better.
Reply:I'm the exact same but brown eyes. Use earth tones. Light brown shadows and nude lipsticks or glosses. I never wear blush, I think it adds too much. If you want to wear eye liners or use mascara's I'd suggest brown. It'll blend better with your colours. If you wear base and powders, make sure your base is lighter then your powder, it will blend better with your skin. Best thing I can suggest is talk to a make-up consultant if you don't like this. They'll find the right colours and tones to go with your skin. Good luck!!!
Reply:I have green eyes and dark brown hair and I'm really pale as well. I use a lavender eyeshadow and eyeliner when I want my eyes to pop, lancome foundation in pale clair and shimmer pink pool blush. I've found that with pale skin and dark hair your eyes are sooo important, so I use the darkest mascara - lancome hypnose in black.
Reply:porclein skin looks beautiful with iflushed pink cheeks and the rest of the face natural with a little pink lip gloss and some mascara on both top/bottom lashes
Reply:sk2 or bobby brown,,,,,,try kanebo or testimo line
Reply:I have pale skin and dark hair also so I understand your problem.
I think it would be a good idea if you decided to show off one feature at a time. Like if one day you decide to wear super red lipstick and have everything else in very natural colors and then the next day you can wear retro eyeliner and do your lips in a light pink but for the most part have the colors natural while showing off one feature.
I understand when you say that too much make up can over power your face.
I like to use light feminine colors and lots of mascara, but every now and then I go a little crazy and wear a wild color.
