I'm in my thirties. I notice my skin look more yellowish as compared to when I was younger?

Is this normal and is there any products that can be used to improve skin tone, esp on the body?

use products with vit E and vit C because your skin is getting older and you always need to detoxify them not only from outside but also from the inside. drink plenty of fruit juice and take some vitamins also. you can check also your doctor because if your skin is getting yellowish sometimes its a symptom of hepatitis.
Reply:Maybe you have http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jaundice
Reply:You sure nothing's wrong with your liver? You could be having symptoms of jaundice.
Reply:It could have something to do with what you eat. My aunt eats a LOT of carrots and her skin has gone more yellow/orange, it's insane! There are certain foods that can change the colour of your skin if you eat too much of it, I only know of carrots and tomatoes but there are definitely more. Might not be anything to do with your diet, but it's something to think about if you are eating a lot of something.
Reply:You may be anemic. If so, take iron supplements. Eat more green leafy vegetables, exercise outside (wearing sunscreen of course). These brighten your skin naturally. And do you smoke? Because that will make ones complexion look dull, too.
