Wrinkled skin after bath time?

When My youngest son (9) is finished bath time, his skin is all wrinkled.





How can I prevent this?

you can't. when you are in the water for a long time, your skin prunes. everybody gets it if they're in there for long enough.
Reply:well, i think he spends too long in the bath, beacuse that happens to me too, if i'm in the shower too long .
Reply:guess his skin is sensitive or looses moisture very easily. try using baby oil on his body before bath time that should lock in moisture
Reply:The skin is not completely waterproof and the bathwater is absorbed into the outer layers of the skin and swells it making it wrinkle. Short of rubbing him in with grease which would defeat the object of the bath there is nothing you can do to prevent it. It is not harmful and The skin soon dries out naturally to its normal state.
