I'm so young, 20, never had kids, and I've never been particuarly fatter or thinner than I am now, I'm quite slim, so why is the skin on my belly so loose? I can pull it up and could cut off an inch of it and there would be non tension.. I just don't understand why it's like this... I've tried exerise but all that does is tone the muscles underneath.. it looks so awful... please help.

exercise is your best bet, to be honest. Unfortunately, stuff like that has a genetic factor, too.
Women ARE built a little looser because when we DO have the babies, we'd split open if there wasn't a LITTLE looseness in the skin.
