Am i too young to get my nose peirced???

Hi! im turning 13 over the summer, and i want to pierce my nose. i want to get aa MICRO MINI diamond and gold-nose STUD(NOT ring). im indian so it's part of my tradition/culture/custom. my parents agreed to let me pierce it when o want to . i want to do it soon. because---when my skin is tender it won't hurt THAT much, but if i wait a few more years--it will become hard and stuff......so, ya........





should i?am i WAAAAAAAAAAY too young? what will others thiink???

Don't worry about what others think. I most cases I would say, you might want to wait a til you are a little older, but in your case it seems to be more about your heritage and not to be cool. Go for it. Be proud of who you are and where you came from!

Reply:do it i did mim 13 years old it will hurt but not alot u will ahve to put ic eon it like evryday for bout a week and put achole on it. it looks good after u do it so do it.

I would check to see the schools policy as far as facial piercings though. Many districts don't let you have facial piercings and might have you take it out.


Don't care what others think. Your parents approved, and you are doing it for a personal reason.

Reply:If your parents are ok with it then why not? I had one once and after I took it out it didn't leave a scar at all. It stings a bit getting it done but you can handle it.

Reply:13 is a reasonable age to get your nose pierced. I've seen girls a lot younger than you with their nose's pierced.





The micro mini diamond will look great.

Reply:there is a girl in my grade... 7th... that got her nose peirced when she was twelve. it looks fantastic and she is really happy with it.
Reply:I would not worry about what other people would say. If mom and dad say its okay, then go and have it done. Just remember that one of your parents have to be present and sign a waiver saying that it is OK to have it done.

Reply:I pierced my Belly button at 14 (I'm 16 now), So I think 13 isn't "too young" to pierce you nose.
Reply:my girls all have nose studs .the youngest is 11 ,if its a religious tradition then do it .the school has no right to make you take it out .then if they do you can bring up the religious right for you to have it ,generally they will back down as not to want negative publicity.
