Just because someone is too young to date, doesn't mean they can't like others or be attracted to them. Love is a but much at 16 (more like infatuation) but you can still feel strongly.
At what age are you allowed to date? Typically by 16 most kids are allowed to, but I realize not all parents will have that rule.
