Is Olay Regenerist harmful to youthful skin?

Alrite check this out, I'm only 17 and I have a bad case of blemishes.. I've tried 2 or 3 different products, each time sticking to them for a while to give time for results.... they do improve my skin quite a bit, but not completely (i'd say about 50%)..





so after that lil background info, let's cut to the case...


is it harmful in any way to use Regenerist products (like i'm really considering *Olay Regenerist - Anti Blemish %26amp; Anti AGING face wash*)





keep in mind that i'm only 17.. is it not right to use anything dealing with anti-aging since i still am young? or does it not matter? could u please give reasons to back up ur answer? thanks!! =)





ps: i'm accustomed to the Olay line of products... they've worked fairly well with me but now i'm using Neutrogena Skin Clearing Scrub.

i'm 21 and i have been using the regenerist face wash for a year or so...i don't think anything is wrong with using it and you're getting a head start on anti-aging!
Reply:There would be nothing in the product that GENERALLY caused problems for all young skin, and some dermatologists recommend using anti-aging products from a young age, but you never know how one product will react to your own skin.





Have you visited a dermatologist or family doctor? You might benefit from a prescription medication like Accutane. Even some brands of birth control pills (like Ortho Tri-Cyclen) have been proven to help with acne.
Reply:ok blemishes since you have used products that only works half way, you would need a internal blemish fighter. Ive used a supplement called MURAD pure skin supplement. its $40 at Sephora, it works well, use it along with your other acne cream/washes products.





As for Olay Regenerist, no it is completely safe even for a young person. If it were dangerous in any way, FDA would have put more restrictions on it, such as, must be kept in a glass case so that anyone cant just grab it. It wont damage your skin or make it worse when you grow up.
