Saggy skin? (PLEASE ANSWER!)?
Probably not bad...or enough to notice..but you def will have a few stretch marks and maybe a tiny bit of loose skin on your breasts since they are soft skin...but nothin huge and trust me when your a size 4-5-6 you wont care...LOL...i am 5'1 and i was chubby most of my life to...3-4 years ago i decided to change the way i eat forever a life change...and i lost about 40 pounds i dont know exactly cos i never weighed myself when i was bigger ...lol...about 35-40 pounds and even i have a few stretch marks and the skin on my breasts is a little diff then how it ws when my chest is bigger...but its not bad...and its worth it to be 117 pounds and size 6-7...it doesnt even matter to me ....good luck..even if your body has a few marks after you lose the weight you will be so proud and feel so good you wont care trust me !...
Reply:if u exercise and drink a lot of water u shouldnt have a problem
Reply:I work for a plastic surgeon. I operate with her on patients every day. Our bariatric patients have alot more hanging skin with losing 60# because they lose it so quickly and lose the elasticity. IF you diet on your own and lose the weight more slowly you will have a better chance at not being so lose. FYI: Depending on your insurance if you lose 100# and keep it off and stable for a minimum of 6 mths and have rashes and back pain from the hanging skin, your insurance may pay for a tummy tuck. So i hope that helps
Reply:probably not but if you think that you are going to then get a skin firmer and smoother. I used it when i was starting out to work out and it did start to tightin my skin but when i stoped working out and drinking a lot of water it all went back. But I'm going to start out again so good luck.
