How can you tell if a young man has HIV or AIDS?

how can you tell if you have HIV or AIDS on a young man, like is there a weird skin color or white little pimples ?, i'm worried because i just notice some white little like pimple things not exactly like a pimple but something like it. there small, so i dont know what it is. is there a good website for my qeastion

You can't. Anyone, regardless of what they look like, can have AIDS. People find out if they have AIDS after being tested by a doctor. Therefore, the only way to know if someone has AIDS is to ask him if he has been tested and if the test results were positive for HIV/AIDS.

Reply:HIV ? AIDS does not have any physical symptoms. Only blood tests can reveal whether or not he/ she is HIV Positive or not.
Reply:There is no way of knowing.I have had it for 6 yrs and I look perfectly normal.When a person changes to AIDS then they begin to look sick.
