Ugly Skin..Please Help?//?//?

I am 17 and have I have sort of what I think is ugly skin when I have no makeup on. It goes really red when I cleanse it at night with clean and clear alcohol cleanser. Also I am breaking out lately and its whats makeing my skin look ugly. I am on accutane. Also what can I use to keep it firm, young looking and nice?


Also is it ok to rub not too hard under your eyelids with a cloth to remove makeup? Im scared im making my eyes elasticy and unfirm. They have a line underneath(dark circle?) What can I put there also to keep it firm?

Thus, an oil-mouth-massage soothes and stimulates the key meridians where taste meets organ. Simultaneously, as in any skin-massage, the inner skin and lining of the mouth, palate and tongue become warm and supple and the lubrication prevents dryness (the vatic effect).

Reply:It seems like you are doing too much to your skin and that is what is causing the irritation and breakouts you are talking about.





Perhaps try using a less abrasive cleanser and try not to rub hard to remove makeup - the skin is very delicate there, and you need to use care.





Dark circles underneath your eyes are common and usually come from lack of sleep, an unhealthy diet and age.





These things have worked for me, they might work for you.


1. Drink plenty of water and flush out the toxins.


2. Try to eat healthy and eat veges and fruit


3. Exercise - it will make you fit and help you sleep getting rid of the dark circles under your eyes.


4. Consult a dermatologist and find out what skin type you are so you can buy and use the right cleansers, facial cream and makeup for your skin type. Once I found out what skin type I was - the problems I was encountering quickly disappeared.
