Skin/Puberty related question?

Im 15 and below the sockline on my legs i have hair but above the sockline there is none. My legs are quite rough and I did suffer from eczema when i was young. Am i just experiencing a slow puberty or could this be skin related. By the way the hair below the sockline has been there for at least a year, which is really what concerns me most.

Cheers all

Skin/Puberty related question?
This is not a problem, You are going through puberty and many strange things happen. Some men have hair everywhere and some have patchy hair, I never had chest hair until I got married at 33 and it started to appear, in fact I thought I might be turning into an ape and got a bit worried for a while. Just let nature do it's thing, eczema is very common in teenagers.

I gave wiseone the thumbs down because his answer was just stupid!!
Reply:Please talk to your mother about this. She can help you.
Reply:You're dying. Seek medical help immediately.
Reply:You state your 15 and have hair below the sockline. Does this mean you have no pubic hair at the base of the penis or within the pubic area? If so there is nothing to worry about. You may not be a hairy person. Our genetic's is what determines our body hair, penis size, and eye color. If the testicles are getting biger, and penis is enlarging I would not be concerned. And even if they aren't right now you have time to develope. You will be surprised how quick it can happen. Good Luck, and just be proud of what you have, your normal what ever normal is.
