White bump under penile skin???

so, my young boy (was circ'd almost two yrs ago at birth) gets this white looking bump just under the skin of his penis at the incision line. it eventually gets bigger until it sort of causes a separation (pin hole~as if there is no more room to expand, now it isn't huge or anything) then you can actually press it and thick white stuff comes out. have any of you experienced this. i am thinking that the circ didn't remove enough and it is an accumulation of dead skin cells and smegma. any input?

WHACK IT OFF WITH A BUTTER KNIFE!
Reply:std i know cause i had it
Reply:Wow, definitely go take him to a doctor about that. That doesn't sound normal.
Reply:The only white stuff that can accumulate under the skin of the penis is as you rightly mentioned SMEGMA. It's natures lubrication for the penis. From your description a lot of foreskin was left uncut during the circumcision. This will encourage smegma to form under it. Wash it off daily when you give him a bath. That's all the treatment it requires. If on the other hand it refuses to disappear try clotrimazole cream an ant-fungal cream this may clear it.
Reply:Take him to the doctor. This too important to rely on the kids who are answering you here!
