I heard that there will be numerous cases of skin cancer in the coming future. Exactly why is this?
I mean, 30 or 40 years ago people went tanning on the beach. It this because more young people are using tanning beds? Or are the sun rays much stronger today?

Reply:It probably mostly has to do with the ozone depletion. Without that ozone blocking the UV rays, it is easier to get burned and skin cancer. I am assuming that is what they are talking about.
Reply:Atmospheric changes...tanning salons....and also...30, 40 years ago being tan was only popular to teens. Now you see 40 year olds at tanning salons...
Asian culture has it right...they value pale complexions
