Excess Skin on the breast/Implants-Lift?

My breasts are C (they have been since elementary school). I've had constant weight problems from being on steroids for asthma for three years. I gained 100 pounds. I've lost 30-35 so far. My breasts have always sagged from developing quickly but now they are sagging even worse as I loose weight. They're not going down in size. There's just more skin. I can probably pinch a good two inches of skin off each breast at least. I looked at breast lifts but the scarring isn't worth it in my opinion because I'd need the most extreme kind. Would it be a good idea for me to get breast implants and lift together? I though I'd go to a D/DD (I'm 5'8 so they wouldn't look big on me) I'm not doing this to have bigger breasts. I'd just like to have my breasts stand up more and look normal. Some said I should wait until I'm thirty but I see no good in that. Why would I go my whole young teenage and adult life never being able to show my body? Can you get breast implants @ 16 in NY/CA? Please post info

uhh you should probably ask a doctor, but i think you can get surgery in CA well, actually anywhere with a parent's permission, if you have moneymoneymoney.
Reply:#1 At your age, during your weight loss time, try doing upper body exercises. Your skin is young and though you can grab loose skin now it should firm back up.





#2 I am positive you need a parental consent for any procedures since your are not 18.
Reply:I work in surgery....and I do a lot of plastic surgery. I can tell you that the surgeon I work with will say to first give pec exercises 2 years before you determine that they wont work.


Next I can say that instead of implants go for a lift, the surgeon (if they are good) can get rid of excess fat without a lot of scarring.
