Pale Skin, Pale Eyes = Light or Dark Hair ?

I'm nearly 31 but look young for my age, no lines or wrinkles, tight skin.


My hair is shoulder length with bangs.


I went grey at 21 and dye my hair strawberry blond.





So tired of it though.....





Which is more flattering light or dark hair ?


And what shade would be best to make my eyes pop and my skin look porcelain and not washed out ?

Black hair looks great on really light skin, not so sure about a lighter hair-shade though, guess it depends on the colour.

Reply:Dark hair will make you look even paler. I have pale skin. I started coloring my hair a medium-light auburn %26amp; people think it's my natural hair color. So I vote for a red/auburn color for your hair; probably a darker auburn if you want a more "porcelain skin" look.

Reply:Well, I am pale myself with natural strawberry blonde hair. Normally I dye my hair a dark red color but I have also done like a darkish brown that faded out a little bit. I got compliments on both, but it takes awhile to get used to. I wouldn't go black unless you want to go for the goth look...and blonde...just seems like a terrible idea. It would probably clash with your light skin bad. I would probably go for some shade of brown...if you're not sure try a semi-permanent color first and then go to permanent if you've found a color that you really like.





hmm as for a shade to make your eyes pop...I normally just do champange and charcoal on the corners of my eyes from cover girl. Makes my blue eyes stick out a bit.
Reply:don't do dark hair because you have pale skin, it will only make you look paler and more flushed .. go for a coffee brown .. it will look great
