I am 14 years old and I want my navel pierce because I think it is sexy and I like to show a lot of my skin. Do you think I'm young to get it?

At 14 you still have a lot of growing to do and this can cause the piercing to reject or migrate. YOu are also more prone to risky behaviors (changing jewelry too early, not following proper aftercare, touching it excessively, etc). Also, at 14 sexy should not be a concern.





Wait til you are at least 16, do lots of research about healing, procedure, local shops, jewelry choices, etc.

Reply:Yes, you are too young. Any age is too young or too old. There is nothing pretty about body piercing except for the ears. If you do it anywhere else, you will probably regret it as you grow older.
