Sudden change in condition of skin...?

Hey I have had great skin (talking about face now) all my life that I am more than grateful for. Very recently though, I have got quite an oily t-zone. I am almost 21, and usually this happens when you are younger and ends by now. But this is the first "problem" I am having with my skin ever, so I don't know what to do. I always wash my face twice a day, once with cold water and once using a cleanser. Then I always use a moisturizer which I haven't changed in about 3 years, cuz it works so good on my skin. Point is, I follow the same regimen and same products, but my skin is pretty oily now and i can feel it when i swipe my forehead. Any ideas how to fix or prevent this? I don't eat oily junk foods, but I haven't been able to hit the gym in the past 2 or 3 weeks, is that a factor? Please help thanks. :)

PS: I use no facial makeup, only eyeliner and occasionally eyeshadow when I go out.

Sudden change in condition of skin...?
I am 21 too and I had the same problem. I still couldn't tell you why it happened all I know is what you can do to help the problem. I started using Artistry's Balancing System for oily skin and it works great. It will control oil all day. It's really cool because it's guarenteed to work or they'll give you all of your money back so if you try it and decide you don't see a difference you aren't losing anything; that's what I thought was really cool. Anyway it works great and I really think you'd like it just as much if you try it. I will give you the direct link so you can check it out and even buy it if it sounds like what you are looking for

The whole system last's about 2 months because it is very concentrated so you only need to use a little each time. I hope this answered your question :)
Reply:You are very welcome. I know what it's like to all of a sudden have a problem and not have an answer. I love to help people. Don't worry it will work. I appreciate your rating :) Do me a favor and once you get it and try it send me a message and let me know what you think. Report It

Reply:Everybodys skin is different i know my face started getting oily recently too and im 20 now. all i can say is maybe try some new skin care because your skin changes through out your life and drink tons of water its great for your skin as well. good luck! -=D
Reply:Your skin is just changing. Last time I got a facial, she told me that your skin will change several times in your lifetime.

You may want to consider updating your regimen and products. I think the message boards on acne.org are an excellent place to get skin advice (even if you're just oily and not breaking out). Just don't combine a whole bunch of "oily skin" products, because they can be really drying and make your face even more oily.
